Proficiency in Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, and English is essential, as we serve clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer support via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve complex client inquiries, technical issues, and service-related concerns promptly and effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior support team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.

- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing services and web solutions.
- Strong expertise in web hosting, server management, and domain name administration.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Arabic, Urdu, and English.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support at a senior level.
